Terms

These terms apply to purchases from pawsomemzansi.co.za. Our legal business and contact details are provided on the contact page. Nothing here excludes rights under applicable South African consumer law.

Products and prices

You may buy a feeder, water bottle or dog tag separately, or choose the three-piece Adventure Bundle. Prices are shown in South African rand. Review the chosen item, colour, quantity and complete checkout total before paying. A single product order includes only the item described, not the full bundle. Example engraving in photos is illustrative.

Personalised orders

Provide engraving text exactly as requested. Check the dog’s name, contact number and tag finish before submitting. Contact us promptly to request a correction; we will confirm whether engraving has started. Optional extra text is subject to available space. Personalisation does not remove rights relating to faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Delivery

Free delivery applies to orders over R700 after discounts. Any delivery charge for lower-value orders is displayed before payment. See the Delivery for the full terms.

Care and appropriate use

Follow product instructions, supervise feeder use and stop using damaged items. The feeder is not a medical treatment. These care instructions do not exclude statutory product protections.

Privacy and support

See our privacy policy for the handling of order and engraving details. Use the contact page for questions or complaints.
