Orders over R700 qualify for free shipping. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

We deliver with Aramex Store-to-Door.

Delivery

We deliver to South African addresses supported by our courier. Enter your full address and postal code at checkout so delivery availability can be checked. International delivery is not offered.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders over R700, based on the product subtotal after discounts. The R999 Adventure Bundle qualifies for free delivery. For orders of R700 or less, any delivery charge is shown before payment at checkout.

Order preparation and dispatch

We prepare your order once payment and any engraving details have been received. If details are incomplete, we will contact you to resolve them. Available tracking information is shared after dispatch.

Delivery details

Provide a reachable phone number, street address, suburb, city and postal code. Contact us promptly if anything needs changing. We will confirm whether a change is still possible. Please provide a street address rather than a PO Box.

Tracking and delivery problems

We will send available tracking details after dispatch. If an order arrives damaged, has a missing item or has not arrived, please contact us with your order number. Photos can help us investigate damage, but do not replace your consumer rights.
