Information and purpose

We collect order contact and delivery details, messages, transaction records and the engraving instructions you submit. Required information enables payment, delivery, personalisation and support; without it we may be unable to complete the request. A tag address is optional. Engraved details are publicly visible on the tag.

Service providers

Information needed for the order may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, couriers and the engraving provider. We require appropriate safeguards, including for processing outside South Africa. We do not sell customer contact lists.

Retention and security

We use reasonable safeguards and retain records only as needed for their purpose or lawful record-keeping, then remove or de-identify them.

Cookies and marketing

Essential technologies support the cart and checkout. Any optional analytics or advertising tools must follow the choices available in the store’s privacy controls. Marketing is separate from order communications; you can unsubscribe.
